Pflegehase DE Promo Codes for October 2026

Good system, slow approval

I ordered a Pflegebox for my mother last month. The initial application process on the website was clear and easy to follow; I provided all the necessary information for the insurance reimbursement. It took about two weeks for the approval from the Pflegekasse, which felt a bit long, but I understand that's largely out of Pflegehase's control. Once approved, the first box arrived quickly, within three days. The Bettschutzeinlagen and Händedesinfektionsmittel were exactly what we needed. Quality of the products seems good. I also had a question about changing the box contents for the next month and reached out to support. They responded within 24 hours with clear instructions. Overall, a positive experience, just wish the initial approval was faster.

Helpful service, took a bit

So I got the free Pflegebox for my grandpa. Filling out the stuff online was pretty simple, didn't take too long. I was a bit confused about how the insurance part worked, so I used their chat to ask about it. The person who answered was super helpful and explained everything about the 40 Euro Pflegepauschale clearly. It did take a little while for the actual box to get here after everything was approved, maybe like 5 days to reach us. But the FFP2 Masken and Flächendesinfektionsmittel they sent were good quality, so no complaints there. It's a solid service, just a tad slow on the delivery side.

Easy setup, useful products

I set up a free Pflegebox. The process was straightforward online. Products came fast after approval. Got Einmalhandschuhe and Mundschutz. They work well. Very helpful.
